 Our range of services assist you to identify your individualised needs to maximise your independence including

  • Occupational Therapy to assist with mobility, self-care, activities of daily living, home modifications (e.g. grab rails, ramps etc.) and community engagement,

  • Speech Pathology to support swallow assessment and meal planning as well as enhancing your communication skills,

  • Physiotherapy to facilitate your mobility and activity,

  • Dietetics to support complex nutritional needs for weight maintenance or to nutritionally support complex medical conditions and

  • Psychologists providing counselling and psychological interventions to support your carers, and to help you with your mental health needs.
